Please bring with you the items listed below as well as a notebook for your own note taking. There are many restaurants and places to eat nearby the studio for the lunch break.

possible props for workshops with Vanessa: Veil , Asaya, Meleya, zills (vanessa will be choosing what to use, its ok if you don’t have ALL of these)

Saturday theme - wear something red and black
10am - 11am: Belly Yoga with Bianca ($25 a-la-carte)
11am - 1pm: Practice Module with Vanessa of Cairo
1pm - 2pm: Lunch Break
2pm - 4pm: Practice Module with Vanessa of Cairo
7pm: Star Spectacular Show @ Flames Mediterranean Grille (e-mail us for performance info, Reservations Required)

10am - 11am: Belly Yoga with Bianca - $20 (Register)($25 a-la-carte)
11am - 1pm: Performance Module with Vanessa of Cairo

5:30pm: Drum Circle on the Beach - FREE (Pelican Beach Park, there IS pay to park)

5:30pm: Drum Circle on the Beach - FREE (Pelican Beach Park, there IS pay to park)
Fun local event! Bring beach towels, hip scarf, chair, finger cymbals, adult beverage, anything you want to relax and have fun by the beach!
